Gayla Sahl, Ph.D.
Gayla works with a wide variety of clients including those struggling with perinatal mental health difficulties, infertility, and recurrent misscarriages. Gayla also specializes in working with clients who are having difficulties with anxiety, grief, parenting, depression, self esteem, and life changes. Gayla incorporates faith integration into therapy for those clients who desire that approach.
Janie English, LPC
Janie offers therapy to clients struggling with a wide variety of concerns. She works with adults, couples, families, children, and teens. She has a lot of experince working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, eating disorders, learning disorders and life transition challenges. Janie offers a lot of evening sessions for clients who need after school or after work hours
Michelle O’Neal, LPC
Michelle offers counseling services tailored to support clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her areas of specialty include pain management therapy and relaxation training. Michelle also specializes in working with individuals experiencing existential concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. She also provides faith-integrated counseling for clients who wish to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process.
Diandra Baquero, Ph.D.
Diandra provides counseling services to support clients through a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Her areas of specialty include health psychology and relaxation training. She has a particular interest in supporting women through postpartum anxiety and depression, as well as individuals and couples navigating infertility. Diandra also works with clients experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and bereavement. Additionally, she helps clients address relationship concerns and difficulties adjusting to life transitions. Diandra is passionate about helping individuals strengthen their self-esteem and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Diandra is a postdoctoral fellow who is supervised by Dr. Gayla Sahl.
James Ramarushton, Ph.D.
James offers a wide array of counseling services. His areas of specialty include sport psychology and performance anxiety. He also specializes in working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Additionally, James helps individuals address relationship concerns, improve interpersonal functioning, manage life adjustments, and explore identity development, empowering clients to gain clarity and confidence in both their personal and professional.
